“Ótimo custo-benefício”
The room was comfortable and the location was great. The TV could have been a smart TV.

The quality and condition of the unit were acceptable, but the towels were in bad shape, which didn't match the photos. The wardrobes had cleaning supplies, a bucket, floor cloths, and there was no cup, etc.

While my stay had its share of issues, the hotel's cleanliness, amenities, and location were major highlights. However, some service and maintenance problems detracted from the overall experience. Unfortunately, the bathroom amenities were not as advertised, and the temperature control was inadequate.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a frustrating issue with the in-room Wi-Fi, which failed to function as expected.

My stay was marked by a perfect blend of location, comfort, and attentiveness from the hotel staff, with no notable complaints to report.
