I loved this place! Everything was excellent: the staff, the view, the breakfast, the room was so clean, the bed was comfortable, it had a fridge, a coffee kettle, a great shower, and an excellent TV selection with Netflix, etc. The dinner restaurant and wines were amazing—just classy and top rated from start to finish.

The location was excellent, right next to the train station so we didn’t have to haul our bags far. The view from our room was lovely and reception was very helpful. The mattress was hard and the pillows were awful—like slats of pine wood—so we couldn’t sleep. We finally found softer pillows hidden in the closet. The restaurant staff were typical Swiss—somewhat rude and sarcastic—but they did their jobs.

Everything was perfect. The location was spot on—just a few steps from the train station but on the “other” side of the tracks from the busy hub. The view was amazing and quiet, the room was very comfortable, and the staff were super helpful. The morning breakfast servers were among the friendliest we’ve had in Switzerland. I didn’t expect to need AC in October, but we did, and there wasn’t any, so we had to keep the windows open.

The view was fabulous, the location great, and the room spacious. The in‑house restaurant is excellent, and the management and staff are super friendly and personable.

The balcony offered an incredible view that I absolutely loved, and everything else was great too!
