“Great”
Briar Creek was perfect, very quiet, and I felt both my car and myself were safe there.

We picked this hotel because of its location near RDU. Our flight left at 7am, but the airport shuttle didn’t start until 7am, which was misleading; the website should be updated. I had asked about parking before booking, and in past stays my car stayed free, but this time I was told the hotel now charges $15 per day. It’s cheaper to park at the Economy lot at RDU, so we did that instead of paying $15 and then arranging early‑morning transport. I’ll look elsewhere next time for an earlier shuttle and free parking, and the hotel should update its site so future guests aren’t surprised.

I liked that the hotel was close to my sister's home, close to my daughter's college, and the price that I received for the stay. I did not like that when I checked into my room one of the beds had rocks or graduals in the bed, the framing of the wall in the bathroom looked rusted, and the sheets were stained. I was moved to another room but the 2nd room had no closet door, the shower knob was about to fall off, the microwave plate was broken so the food did not heat properly, and there was a bug in on of the beds
