“May look lovely, but it’s worse than Centre Parcs for charging for very extra!”

Nice walks across the property, just off the road. No AC, no kettle in room but coffee and condiments in room. Below average food and services. Pool is large but only 3 loungers for approx 16 people during our stay. Staff mixed- one talkative about herself, second rude until he started drinking mid afternoon and then both became drunk in the evening. Made it uncomfortable Charged for coffee and cake put out in the afternoon, which is complimentary in other lodges. Charged for WiFi whether you connected or not! Services offered were not forthcoming and costs for them is high- $85 per shot for Clay shooting. That’s £4 and shot!! So much cheaper elsewhere Value for money is poor

“Kurz vor dem Rückflug nach Deutschland nochmal ausspannen”

A very pretty site—especially the garden and pool—there’s always something to see on the grounds, but there’s no air conditioning.

The welcome was warm and the conversations over dinner and breakfast were inclusive; the braai was excellent.
