I was genuinely disappointed. I paid in full, travelled to the hotel, and couldn’t locate it at the listed address. When I reached out, they admitted a mistake, apologized, and said no rooms were available. They didn’t tell me until after I arrived. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received a refund.
