The reservation was cancelled because the host couldn’t perform check‑in, yet I was still charged for the room on my credit card. I am currently working on resolving the dispute.

The hosts were extremely friendly and the room was excellent—just the right size for one person, cozy, and equipped with everything needed. They provide towels (including one for the beach), a water bottle, tea, and there’s a water heater in the room. They also have two adorable kittens <3

This is a room in an apartment with a separate bathroom nearby. As a cat lover, sharing the space with them was a pleasant surprise. Everything was very clean and comfortable; the bathroom had all the essentials and the kitchen was freely usable. Palermo Centrale train station is within walking distance. The hosts were very nice. The lack of an air conditioner made August unbearably hot, and the balcony didn’t help since it was +27°C at night.
