The room has a water filter. The TV is placed in a niche on the shelf, which blocks the full view of the screen. The pool bar music show runs past 23:00 and the room does not soundproof well, making it impossible to sleep until the show ends. I complained several times at reception, but no effective action was taken.

“Resort Top, muito bom mesmo!”

The resort’s structure is fantastic, the meals are great, and the leisure and adventure team is very friendly, always cheerful and helpful. The resort is spacious with activities all day, and the nighttime band is nice. Given the room rate, I think basic alcoholic drinks like draft beer and beer should be included. As a suggestion, they could add a beach tennis tournament and tennis to the leisure activities; I only saw billiards during my stay.

The facilities, team, location and food were all excellent, yet I found the pet fee outrageous. I traveled with two pets and they only gave one bed, one feeder, one water bowl, and a blanket that was supposed to be included was missing. For the price, the pet kit should have been complete, including a hygienic mat. The pet cleaning charge seemed excessive because it already covered the basic room cleaning. I suggest that, given the amount owners pay for the pet fee, there should be a pool for the animals to cool off—there’s plenty of space. I’ve stayed at other hotels with two pets and paid one daily rate for both, but here they charged a separate pet fee without need. The charge is abusive. Thank you.
