The hotel’s location is a strong point, but overall it’s just basic and a bit too plain compared to other places in the area.

The hotel feels poorly maintained, dated, with curtains and sofas dirty in the corridors. The dining room chairs are covered in greasy fingerprints and stains. It doesn’t feel like a four‑star property. The bathroom in my room was dirty upon arrival, with a toilet that had a cleanliness seal but still showed grime after scrubbing the sink. The shower gel had hair from the previous guest’s bottle. The ceiling of the bathroom had water‑infiltration stains from the room above. The door where a bath towel should have hung had damp and dirty marks (see photos). The bar was almost always empty, and the poolside service only worked on request, via phone call, even when the pool was full. I would not recommend it.

For a four‑star hotel, the floors and doors need some refurbishment; they look worn.

“Fantástica, adorei que nao conhecia”

I really enjoyed the spa and massage; the surrounding area was very pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always smiling and attentive to our questions, ready to help. Breakfast offered a generous variety, with the only change being fresh fruit instead of preserved. Dinner impressed us with quality and presentation, and the service received high praise. There was nothing significant that would stop me from returning.
