Nice neighborhood, close to the metro and Montparnasse station, and the staff are very pleasant.

We stayed 5 nights with my mom and were treated very well from the moment we arrived, even though we didn’t speak French, which wasn’t an issue. We were upgraded to a room on a higher floor with a better view and air‑conditioning. The hotel has an elevator. The room was appropriately sized. The location is excellent; Paris is a huge city and having two metro lines that connect to the main attractions right at the hotel’s entrance made everything a lot easier, plus there are several restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is very nice. Totally recommended! I don’t have anything else to add.
