We ate nothing from the restaurant and it seemed like the food was expired and poisoned us; the bed was only cleaned every 3 days and the sheets were dirty, the view was bad, the restaurant food wasn’t fresh and dangerous for humans, the sauna was broken but we paid for spa facilities that weren’t actually there.

Breakfast was great, the spot is convenient, rooms felt solid, and the terrace bar and pool were nice. I can’t think of anything negative.

The place was fine, roomy, and not dusty. The spa was a nightmare—moldy, stinky, and the sauna was only 45 °C; the lady in charge said it was “working… a little bit,” and the artificial air‑freshener smell was everywhere.

From arrival to checkout, the staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was roomy, immaculate, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay. I also loved the well‑maintained pool, gym, and spa. The location was perfect for exploring Tbilisi while still enjoying a tranquil environment. The service throughout was outstanding, and I truly felt welcomed. This was my first solo trip to Tbilisi, and staying at Royal Tulip made it memorable and enjoyable. I’d definitely return on my next visit and recommend it to anyone seeking a high‑quality stay in Tbilisi.
