1 double bed
“UNA DE CAL Y OTRA DE ARENA.”
The breakfast was great. The room was bright and the shower was excellent. The bed and sheets were very good. The service was very attentive. The Riad is a bit far from Plaza Jemaa el Fna but close to other markets, and like all Riads in the Medina, it takes a little time to reach them at first. You should know that the style and décor are not Moroccan, but rather Ibicenca. What upset us the most was that during our stay the room wasn’t cleaned; it was done after we left, and towels were only changed when we asked. There were missing hangers and overall the place lacked cleanliness and maintenance (which is a shame because the décor is warm, pleasant, and tasteful). A special mention goes to the state of the ground‑floor bathroom, which was extremely deplorable (and I’m being generous not to go into unpleasant details).
“Estadia em Marraquexe”
The people were friendly.
“A lovely modern designed riad in the Medina”
We felt at home; Mariem and the two cats were amazing and super kind! I loved the gluten‑free breakfast Mariem prepared for me. We loved the location, close to the souks but in a quieter neighborhood. The riad has an amazing design but needs some maintenance in a few spots. Having a hairdryer in the rooms would be appreciated by many (we asked and they provided it anyway).
“Pas mémorable”
Not much to say. The owner wasn’t very friendly.
The proximity to the souk and the very pleasant staff were highlights. The room was a bit neglected and lacked cleaning.
