“Do not book here”

The only thing I liked was the location. The air conditioner was off while it was 103 degrees outside, no one was in the lobby to check me in, the toilet was dirty, the bed felt like plywood, and there were no plugs to charge my phone.

There was no staff available, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

“The short-lived stay was horrible and disappointing.”

Arriving at midnight with my little one, we had to retrieve our key card from the front desk ourselves because no staff were present—just a number to call and then they would assign a room after we paid. The room’s AC was off, making it scorching, hot, and musty, and the smoke detector began beeping loudly every couple of minutes, so we couldn’t stay. After calling management, they sent us to a new room, which also had a non‑working AC, and when I lifted the blankets to put my child down I found cockroaches under the covers. Disgusted and unable to sleep, we left for a hotel 20 minutes away at 1 AM. Absolutely horrible experience; no breakfast, no TVs, and the place was completely disgusting and unorganized.

“Awful”

The place was filthy: dog hair in the shower, human pubes on the toilet seat when we arrived, stained bath towels, stained carpets, and the TV didn’t work. The bed felt like a sheet of plywood.
