The reception offered nothing, the staff were poorly trained, and the coffee was weak.

I had trouble using the parking and the staff seemed unprepared, and the elevator was too small.

The staff were a perfect 10!!! The best part of the place…

The room was huge and the bed super comfy, just a 10‑minute walk from Salta’s centre, and breakfast was fine; we booked two nights but ended up staying four 😊. The bathroom, however, was tiny compared to the massive room, and the shower sprayed water outside the enclosure.

The location was great. The only issue was that there was no television.
