The hotel was cozy and quiet, and the morning shuttle was convenient; the staff were very friendly. However, there was a long wait for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, a delay at check‑in, and a full hour before we were served at the restaurant in the evening.

The desk staff were rude, made me wait an hour for a room at 1 am, blaming my payment not yet arriving, and finally escorted me to a closet with a bed next to the desk because they feared I might leave without paying, even though I had paid in advance.
