The place is in a great spot, right across from the beach, the hostel has a great vibe and runs a lot of activities. I was happy until I saw huge cockroaches on the rooftop, just outside my room; the reviews said the problem was solved, but it wasn’t; I think the fruit left out in the open is what attracts those bugs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place was spotless, the rooftop terrace was nice, it felt like a social hostel, it sits right on the beach and next to the surf school, and the hostel organized good events. Some nights the dorm was very warm.

What stood out most was the people—every member of the team was kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. Paul did an amazing job managing the place and creating an environment where everyone felt comfortable and welcome. The hostel had a really positive, friendly atmosphere that made it easy to meet other travelers. My only complaint is that the stay went by far too quickly

I really enjoyed the character of this place and how welcoming the whole team was. The workers were brilliant, and Paul was an excellent manager—always friendly, responsive, and ready to help whenever needed. Between the location, atmosphere, and people, it made my time in Las Palmas genuinely enjoyable. There were a few little things that could always be improved in any hostel, but nothing that negatively affected my overall experience

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Paul, the manager, was especially great—very approachable, helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure everyone had a good stay. I also loved the relaxed social vibe and the great location. Honestly, there wasn’t much to complain about. I would have happily stayed even longer.
