The location, the host’s kindness, and flawless organization are unbeatable. The value for money is unmatched, and I’ll be back when I’m in the area again. No issues to note.

Getting there was easy, and the price‑to‑quality ratio is great. The only downside is that the coffee pods cost extra.

I spent two nights alone and was absolutely happy! Check‑in and check‑out were lightning fast. The owners provide a gate remote so you can come and go anytime. The hospitality was excellent, the room was beautiful, clean, and fully equipped, and there’s a convenient internal (or external) parking spot. Even though I didn’t use it, the shared space offered a coffee station, a place to heat lunch, and similar amenities. The location is very handy for reaching both Ivrea and Strambino. Highly recommended if you want a quiet stay without going to a hotel!
