I think the hotel could really shine as a five‑star place, but the floor around the pool is slippery and there are no spots to hang towels.

The room’s amenities are fine, but not having an outdoor pool doesn’t fit a 5‑star hotel, and the location isn’t the best.

Breakfast, a good bed, and views of the hotel from the garden were positives. However, the spa water was quite cold and uncomfortable. The restaurant needed more staff – no one attended us when we arrived, and we waited an hour after ordering. For such a pricey place, those details should be better managed. We were assigned a room far from the main hotel services, which made it hard to reach common areas; the hotel was almost empty, so the distance was unnecessary.

The rooms are very comfortable, the spa is fantastic with a breathtaking view, and the restaurant serves excellent food. I have nothing to criticize.
