“Belle surprise”

The location, the accessible information, and the quality of breakfast were all great.

The location was convenient for reaching nearby villages, and the woman at breakfast who confirmed our room number and offered tasty coffee was very sweet; we also appreciated the beautiful view of Lake Como from the correct category room and terrace. On the first day we were assigned a lower‑class room because all rooms of the class we booked were occupied, and we were only moved to the correct room the next day; we stayed only two nights, so half of our rest was ruined. No one refunded or even intended to refund the price difference for the first day’s rooms. The rooms we booked are on the floor above, where the view is much better (in the first room we were given, which was directly under the balcony, there is a breakfast terrace). The cleanliness was a separate horror: on the first day we found other people’s hair on the bed, the front desk showed us a photo and asked us to remove it; we went out for a walk and when we returned the same hair was still there. On the second day, after moving to another room, the same situation repeated—again other people’s hair on the bed, and it’s absolutely incomprehensible how hygiene can be treated like that.

The breakfast on the terrace was great, but the room facing the street had a noisy open window.

The location is fantastic, the lakeside stroll and terrace breakfast were unforgettable, the nearby restaurant is great, and the Moto‑Guzzi tour just 5 minutes away is a must‑do – we loved it! The only downside was that we didn’t get to stay longer.
