Property is very bad. they did not allow me to check in even after i had confirmed booking from booking. Com… i have to pay them extra as they had not allowed me to check in . No staff for anything… they don’t provide any breakfast of any food… all ease tu things like tooth brush, soap we have to order from blink it… my stay was for 2 days and most of the time there was no water… no body at reception whom we can question

The place is filthy and a waste of money. The cleaning crew was extremely rude and showed no manners toward guests; this is a very bad property.

I visited the property on that day but they have straight forward denied stating that booking was not done although i have shown the booking id etc and then i left. So pls. don't trust on booking. I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel, which was so bad that I cancelled my stay as soon as I saw the room. Unfortunately, the room itself was also horrible, making it an all-around disastrous stay.

“A DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN!”

The shocking truth about this hotel chain is that they have a policy of not allowing foreigners, which was revealed to me by the manager in a disturbing conversation. What's even more disturbing is that they advertise their hotels worldwide, only to reject bookings from foreigners at the last minute, leaving travelers stranded and without a place to stay. Thankfully, my wife and I were resourceful enough to find an alternative, but I worry about others who may not be as fortunate.
