Honestly, not much to say; the wait to access the bungalow was over an hour longer than the announced 16:30 instead of 15:00, even though I had requested 13:00, and we were left standing with our luggage by the pool in the heat without any drink or help to wait for the room to be ready; I was the only one waiting while everyone else had already been seated, and it felt unfair and somewhat discriminatory. The bungalow looked nice from outside, but inside it was cramped, dim, low‑quality, and dirty; I had to push a bench that served as a bed, which was hard as stone and covered in dust. The pool bar had no items listed on the menu, and the staff said it wasn’t exceptional. The restaurant buffet was mediocre, with no coasters or napkins, the tables were dirty, and the food tasted bland. To top it off, I fell ill during my stay and the hotel had no basic medicine or first‑aid kit to help guests initially.
