The location and balcony view are superb, the interior has a modern design with contemporary furniture, but the cleanliness is awful, which ruins the impression. I found a few hairs on the supposedly clean pillow, dust on the bed frame, in the wardrobe, and thick layers of dust on the balcony chairs, even though I wanted to sit and enjoy the view. There were cockroach spots on the shower walls, the toilet door was dirty and should be wiped more often – it hasn't been done more than once. The towels, once white, are almost black, either washed incorrectly or just old. The kettle in the kitchen was so crusted that it was scary to touch. I strongly urge you to change your attitude toward cleanliness; you have already damaged your reputation with reviews, and you need to think about it because I want your great hotel to thrive, but you lack a little effort.
