The place is a stone’s throw from the station, making the walk with a suitcase from the train stop to the entrance a breeze, and after a short set of stairs you reach the elevator right by the all‑you‑can‑eat Wen Ye Cai restaurant where we dined that evening to soothe our travel fatigue; the bed was incredibly comfortable, especially the double‑bunk layout with power outlets and little lamps at each spot, and the small sofa area was cozy with a TV that let us watch YouTube and other familiar channels. It’s also super handy that you can get from Narita Airport straight to Kinshicho Station without changing trains, and the nearby department stores and Life supermarket make evening shopping a treat. The only drawback was that the dining table only had three chairs, so we had to use a large suitcase as a makeshift seat.

I really liked the hotel, the room was comfy and had everything we needed. The location is great, close to the station and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The online support was quick to respond too, even though there wasn't someone at the front desk. One thing, the entrance wasn't super clear, we got a bit turned around. And, we didn't get our room cleaned for two days, which was a bit of a bummer.

The space was nice and the equipment was good, but we had a bit of a problem. On the sixth day, our room didn't get cleaned, and it stayed that way for the rest of our eight-day stay. We put up the cleaning sign, but no one came.
