The food was top quality, the rooms were nice, new, and well equipped, and the staff were friendly. The downside was the noise at night and in the morning because the room is on the main street.

The rooftop pool had a nice view of the mountains, the wellness area was good, the food was tasty, and the overall service with HP was very good, including the lunch offering. A sports massage by Goran after the Steinbocklauf was outstanding! Personally, I found the buffet at the evening meal a bit too self-service, getting around the hotel with the elevators was confusing, and there were too many style mixes throughout the hotel.
