The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room fell short of our expectations—we had booked the penthouse, yet it was very dark, cramped, with no seating and no facilities. Breakfast offered very limited options.

This is a very special place to stay, set in a beautiful environment with a spacious deluxe double room. Miriam and Carmen were so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed drinks on the terrace and the breakfast was great. We will definitely stay again soon! Everything was perfect for our stay.

The place was hygienic, in a great location, and the staff were extremely friendly. However, our bathroom needed renovation, and the mattresses were uncomfortable, partly because of a PU mattress protector.

The view of the Alhambra was fantastic, drinks were reasonably priced, and El Trillo restaurant was excellent and located just below the hotel. It was more of a DIY breakfast with limited ingredients, and there is no car access; the nearest entry is a four‑minute walk away.
