The accommodation was super cozy with a very friendly host who helped us and gave great suggestions for things to do. The surrounding nature was fantastic, with beautiful forest, lovely rivers, and train trips in the area.

The renovated old house had a nice atmosphere and let us relax quietly. We could step out onto the garden, and there were plenty of board games and books so we never got bored. Although the train no longer runs, it’s a short drive to Chitō Station, making it an ideal stopover for the next day’s apartment‑style train trip. The food was very tasty, and the children’s menu differed slightly from the adults’ but was well thought out. I’d like to stay for multiple nights next time. There were no particular issues.
