Check‑in and check‑out were easy, and the location was close to everything we needed. Parking was fine but sometimes tricky. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was good. However, housekeeping was careless: there were balls of human hair behind the toilet and on the bathroom door, the bathroom ran out of Kleenex, and the room had no coffee cups for the coffee maker.

The staff were friendly, but the place was very run down. The lamps by the bed were broken, and both the bathroom and shower were mediocre.

The staff were excellent, the pool and whirlpool were relaxing, and breakfast was good, but the elevator was a problem.

The bed was comfortable, but there was absolutely no groundkeeping; trash littered the parking lot and around the hotel, and weeds grew waist‑high in several spots. While walking down the hall from our first‑floor room to the front desk, I stepped on a snake! The front desk staff treated it as a perk, as if it were expected. Because of this experience at the so‑called “Comfort” Inn, I will never stay at another hotel or recommend this chain to friends or family. Nothing about this place was comforting.
