The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy, but the staff attitude during breakfast was off; the English breakfast was served cold, and when I asked why it was cold they snapped back that I should have arrived on time.

The rooms were clean, though the furniture and plumbing weren’t brand‑new; soundproofing was fine—nothing leaked through. The breakfasts were odd; the portion of cheese pastries was meant for a child, and an adult couldn’t eat that much.

The description said pets were allowed, but in reality they weren’t. We were traveling to Rivne and had booked a room for the day before arrival, noting in the booking comment that we’d be bringing an Akita dog, 22 kg. Two hours before our arrival, a call told us they wouldn’t accept the dog. They offered we leave the dog somewhere and stay without it—totally trash. We had to stop at a gas station and urgently find another place to stay. The hotel’s policy was very unpleasant, especially since the listing never mentioned any restrictions on pet breeds or sizes, and the denial came almost at the time we were about to check in.
