They offered an old safe with a heavy key and a $100 penalty if it was lost. I understand early check‑in isn’t always possible, but we were only offered it for 50 % of the rate and there were less than two hours left before the normal check‑in time.
When I booked, I asked for an early check‑in. That request wasn’t honored, and when I asked about the possibility they wanted to charge half a day, which was never mentioned in the booking or any hotel reply. The room didn’t have a full‑length mirror, only a small one over the sink. Cleaning was inadequate; we found a flip‑flop left under the bed.
