Everything was by far great; Kevin at the front counter was absolutely one of the best people I’ve met, and I would definitely stay here again. I loved the room and the location.

I found no coffee in my room, and the drinks and snacks in the cheap fridge were outrageously priced. The room only had one chair meant for two people, and the bathroom came with a pack of earplugs—apparently to warn us about the noise. Parking was an extra cost, and I had to drag my luggage through gravel and sand beside shipping containers. The site itself was awful. The receptionist seemed to think it was common knowledge that I needed to provide my license plate number at check‑in. The room looked nothing like what I had booked. There was no elevator, so I had to climb three floors. The thermostat was located right below the air conditioner on the window; it was somewhat cool in that spot, but the rest of the room felt humid and warm even when the temperature was set to the lowest setting—definitely not 68, more like 78. I could hear everything the people on the sides and top were doing, especially footsteps. A sticky substance ran along the entire bed frame rail. They won’t tell you until you see it on your credit card, but the incidental charge is $100.
