The hotel is a 5-minute drive from Pembroke Shores Golf Club and 20 km from Alice-hill Park Ski Area. Algonquin Provincial Park entrance is 120 km away. Rooms feature a refrigerator, microwave, desk, and en suite bathroom, with select rooms offering a spa bath and fireplace.

They moved me to another room without fuss, which I appreciated; the new room was cleaner but still not up to standard. A larger room with a fireplace would have been nice if it were clean and well maintained. I've rarely given such a low rating in my many travels. The bedding, pad, and sheet in the first room were marred by numerous brown spots and several obvious ink smears. The parking spot was unusable, and piles of supplies outside several rooms gave a trashy look. It's hard to believe an international chain would allow this. We chose this place because of its rating, which turned out to be misleading.

Everything stayed spotless, with regular cleaning throughout our visit, and the place was quiet—much appreciated. Getting out of the driveway was a hassle because the highway was very busy.

There wasn’t enough sound proofing between rooms , you could hear everything that was going on in the other rooms upstairs

I had an amazing time at this inn. It was close to the main hub of the city, especially if you’re driving, and everything was about 15 minutes away. The room was super clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Great value as well.
