It’s a quiet, lovely spot close to the beach; the cottage is fenced and great for walking. I missed having a hair dryer and something for the kids to play with, and there was no TV or internet.

We really valued the fenced area; it was exactly what we wanted. The spot is quiet, with a private beach and a dock, and it’s near a tavern and a shop. We had two small grills and a fire pit, and there was plenty of wood by the fence. The terrace has a relaxation zone with blankets and a plastic garden set in front of the cottage. The linens were clean. The drive was a tragedy, beyond the owners’ control. The forest roads are bumpy and narrow for a single car. The cottage itself needs renovation. Not all windows have handles. Mosquitoes are stuck to the walls, detracting from the interior charm. The bedding is already in need of replacement. Signal is weak, so TV doesn’t work. In the bathroom, the tap in the sink still drops pressure when hot water is turned on. The boiler heats the water for one shower and dishwashing at a time. The kettle is yellowed and limescale‑covered. There’s no shelf in the bathroom to put personal hygiene items.

The owner is very friendly and communicative. The place is wonderful, with a private beach 200 m from the cottage. It’s beautiful, quiet, and peaceful—perfect for a break. I recommend it! There were mosquitoes, but no one was bothered; a spray did the trick.
