The lodge is very charming, and the surroundings are in absolute proximity to nature. A beautiful design turned access to a waterfall with natural pools into a gentle curve of tables that mimic boats. The staff are super friendly and still learning (but here we have to give a discount: times in the North are slower and that in a way is good, it slows the São Paulo pace). The wine selection needs to be revised and climate‑controlled. We stayed in the two‑storey chalet without issues, but it should be noted that the stairs might be difficult for older people or those with less mobility.

A pleasant and well‑crafted environment. Unfortunately, there was a lot of bad will in the staff’s service. Clearly there is a lack of instruction to be more proactive and friendly with guests.

The lodge is quite pleasant, on a spacious property with modern and comfortable facilities, lots of greenery, flowers, fruit trees, many species of birds singing in the morning and afternoon, a surprising small private waterfall (the highlight of the stay!), two hot tubs, a gravel trail, and wooden decks along the stream of the waterfall, mountain bikes (including wide‑tire ones), clay craft, etc. The owner’s dog, kept inside the fence of the private house on the property, is very pretty. Breakfast is good, with plenty of fresh fruit, including grapes and kiwi. Variety of breads and cakes, cold cuts (including salami), cheese, jam, butter, cereals (including granola), natural juices and tapioca to taste. For drinkers, a variety of artisanal cachaças. The lodge seems well known among observant bird lovers and photographers, given the nice Instagram photos and a group of Americans who stayed at the time for birding. The restaurant could offer a more varied menu and more inviting prices. The menu only offers regional food (including blurred prices), one pasta option, few sandwiches and tapioca, but no pizza, soup, or other national or international traditional dishes (filé, strogonoff, barbecue, etc.). Service is somewhat amateurish, seeming to lack supervision and training. At check‑in, the young attendant seemed a bit lost and fell short of better hospitality. In the reserved suite, despite two double beds and one single, only one had a full set of linens, and a bath set was missing for the second guest. The liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom was almost empty, and the bar soap could be of better quality. Because the suites are twin‑bed, at night you could hear the TV noise from the neighboring room, lacking good sense to lower the volume. The detached rooms, being separate, should not have this inconvenience but are obviously more expensive. The breakfast juices could rotate, varying flavors, which were the same every day. There was no tucumã or açaí on weekdays of the stay, nor paid for the menu. More options of porridge, sweet breads, regular honey (instead of only Jataí honey) could be added. For accessibility and safety, the rectangular hot tub would need a ladder to facilitate exit, and the simple water inlet pipe could have a more refined finish. The lodge is comfortable, but given the high price, it could offer more amenities, such as a more varied and affordable menu, a pool, and more professional service.
