“Lovel friendly hotel with lots of facilities”

We liked the hotel and found the staff very helpful and friendly. Juan Lu was exceptionally kind and helpful. The pool area was nice and, probably because of the season, not crowded. We stayed in a two‑bedroom suite that was lovely, with friendly chamber maids. The suite was spotless and very spacious. Its location really required having a car; taxis to and from the hotel were expensive.

“Gran hotel”

The hotel is new and high‑quality, rooms are spacious, and receptionist Carolina is incredibly attentive. I didn't book parking, so I had to park poorly outside.

“A nice hotel for families and golfers”

The friendly and helpful staff, particularly at reception but also in the bar. The food in the downstairs bar. Very poor, basically just sandwiches, pizzas, burgers etc and very poorly made. Had hoped there would have been some delicious Spanish tapas, but no, not even a bowl of olives, only chips etc. The music that was being played quite loudly all day in the lobby and the bar was really annoying. Even if there were only a few people around they did not adjust the volume. At weekends when families stay, the whole place becomes like a playground. By the pool it's understandable of course, but even in the lobby and bar, small children would run around, shouting very loudly and sitting or lying on the chairs and sofas with their legs and feet up everywhere. This place typically caters for golfers and for families, not for the more discerning couples or solo traveller
