The hotel’s location is excellent. Cleaning is done quickly, so we always found the room ready when we returned. The front‑desk staff were friendly and accommodated our request to stay in the same room throughout our stay, even though we had three separate reservations. When we needed maintenance for a door that wouldn’t lock and a safe, the response was swift. The espresso at the ground‑floor bar was perfect. I felt the hotel was a bit basic for a 4‑star rating, so I wouldn’t recommend it for large events because there are only two elevators that hold four people each. When lunch was scheduled on the 7th floor, we often had to use the stairs because many people were trying to get up at the same time. The room could use outlets next to the beds for charging phones. At breakfast, the breads and cakes were a bit dry, but there was a good variety of other foods (fresh fruit, fruit salad, yogurt, eggs).
