The room felt more like a short‑term stop because it lacked many basics: no drinking water, no tea or coffee, no cups, no fridge, no slippers, only a single towel, and the sink area held a dirty, mouldy cup; at 400 k per night for a local price, being far from tourist sites makes it hard to justify.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was filthy, with a strong odor and what appeared to be a dried-up puke stain on the bed. When I asked to change rooms, the staff tried to charge me an extra 150k, claiming I must have made the mess myself. This was completely unacceptable, and I was appalled by the hotel's lack of responsibility. The whole experience was a nightmare, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and their service was top-notch.
