“Schlechte Überraschung”

The rooms were well built, but the staff were unfriendly, they couldn’t even respond to greetings, on the morning of the 1st there were no rolls, on the 2nd there were no coffee pods, no yogurt or fresh fruit, no whole‑grain rolls or bread, no cooked breakfast eggs, so every morning the same bland spread of cheese slices, sausage, tomatoes, cucumber—very uninspired. The room was too cramped for breakfast and there was no breakfast area. The photos of scantily clad women were completely inappropriate.

The spot is great, right across from the Sniezka lift. Rooms were clean and came with a fridge, coffee, and tea. Breakfast was repetitive – the same platter of cold meats and cheese, prepared the day before and left in the fridge for the next day. The only hot dishes were hot dogs and scrambled eggs. There’s no dining room, so you have to take breakfast from the kitchen to your room.

The location is solid and the parking is free. From the hotel you can take the gondola, and if you’re up for a hike you can head out right from the front.

Information on how to get around and about breakfast could have been clearer.

Breakfast was stored in the communal kitchen’s fridge for every room. We found that someone had already eaten our cake (see photos), which we found pretty disgusting.
