The location seemed good, the receptionist was amazing and very welcoming. I am very disappointed with my experience at this property and do not believe the standard of accommodation or service justified the price of $575 for one night. From the moment I entered the property, there was a strong smell of smoke along with other unpleasant odours. The room was extremely small, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was in such poor condition that I could feel the springs through the bedding, making it difficult to get a proper night’s sleep. Noise was another major issue. I was staying on the 4th level, and the music from the bar was excessively loud and continued to the point where I was unable to sleep. For the price charged, I would expect the property to provide a comfortable environment suitable for guests to rest. The breakfast was also extremely basic, consisting only of toast and cereal, with no hot food available. The room fridge was completely empty, and not even a bottle of water was provided. The bathroom facilities were equally disappointing. Basic amenities such as complimentary shampoo and conditioner were not provided. At $575 for one night, I expected a significantly higher standard of accommodation, cleanliness, comfort, facilities and service. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell well below reasonable expectations for this price. I do not consider this property to offer good value for money, and based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.
