The view from our room was stunning and the staff were genuinely friendly and quick to help, which made the stay pleasant. The only downsides were the pillows – they were a bit too firm for my liking – and the breakfast buffet was missing a few of the pastries we expected.

The panorama from the windows was fantastic and the breakfast hit the spot. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We'd gladly return whenever we can.

The hotel sits in a prime spot, offering a clear view over the Ramsau valley. Everything we needed was just a short walk away.

Everything was spotless, the staff were attentive, and the breakfast spread was impressively varied. Its location right by the road and the ski runs made getting out on the slopes easy, plus free parking and a breathtaking view. The three saunas and the icy‑cold pool were a real treat.

Breakfast was solid and Alex sorted out my late‑night arrival without any hassle. The spa and sauna facilities are excellent, and I especially enjoyed the frigid pool and the little doorway that opens onto a snowy garden with views of the Dachstein.
