The breakfast was excellent, dinner was decent, but the room had several annoying flaws that made our stay uncomfortable. We asked for the twin beds to be joined; they were pushed together but not locked, so they slid apart during the night, creating a wide gap that made it hard to sleep side‑by‑side. The bedside lamp was positioned so badly that it blocked us from sitting upright to read or relax. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was stiff and required a lot of force for a small amount of soap. The price didn’t match the level of comfort and functionality we expected, and the hotel should fix these ergonomic and housekeeping issues.

I didn’t like anything about it. The service was extremely bad and they exploit Arabs, ignoring Booking comments; Arab prices differ from Indian ones, especially for stays. I keep a dark image of my bookings through Booking, and I apologize to Booking because this is the first time I see all the negative reviews for this place.

Nothing good at all. The old building and poor maintenance are obvious. Reception staff are clueless about customer service, food quality is very low, and it’s not worth it. Many power outlets don’t work. I was surprised to learn this hotel is run by ITC.
