The staff were very kind. The room was okay, but for that price I expected a bit more. For example, there was no normal lighting, only night lamps, one of which fell off the wall; the air conditioner blew weakly, yet at check‑in the room was 18 °C, I felt cold, and after about 4 hours it was still only 20 °C. Also you can't sleep with that fan. The bathroom was fine, but there was a bit of mold between the tiles and the toilet leaked after flushing so water dripped into the bowl, which is not very pleasant. Of course these are just details and overall the stay was pleasant and trouble‑free, but one notices them. I would expect the operators to address such issues in a timely manner for that price.

C’est un véritable plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel ne nous a pas prévenu en amont, via leur e‑mail de bienvenue, que la salle de sport et la piscine étaient en travaux, et il n’y avait ni restaurant ni room service le jour de notre arrivée (le samedi). Nous avons découvert ces informations seulement au moment du check‑in.
