The Superior Apartment opens onto a terrace with garden views. Inside, two bedrooms provide three beds for up to four guests, and a private bathroom features a walk‑in shower and a hairdryer. A well‑equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware and a tea‑and‑coffee maker, while a flat‑screen TV offers streaming services. Additional comforts are a fireplace and a private hot tub.
“Love staying here staff are friendly and the food was great”
The hotel sits just a stone’s throw from Ingoldmells, which is convenient and easy to reach. The only downside was that I woke up with back pain every morning, which might have been more about my sleeping style than the mattress, but I’m not certain.
“No Dogs Allowed”
Nothing to say. The ads were misleading; pets were not allowed, so we left right away with our dog. The advertising was false, no alternative lodging was offered, and we ended up paying out of pocket.
“Dirty , scruffy , out of date , over priced ! Avoid at all cost”
Nothing positive. The hotel was so filthy that we spent two hours cleaning it from top to bottom after buying cleaning supplies before we even tried to sleep. We still couldn’t sleep, left at 7 am the next day, got no refund, and had to pay for another hotel. The room was full of spiders, moths, cobwebs, peeling wallpaper, dirty bedding, no toilet paper, a disgusting shower, a toilet still with urine and feces on the seat and around it—just a long list of problems. Avoid at all costs.

The spot was great—quiet and close to Fantasy Island. The meals were tasty, everything was tidy, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the bar even had a pool table with plenty of snacks. Parking was hassle‑free.

The staff and general comfort of the hotel were excellent. We had 2 meals in the hotel bar, both of which were very good. As a visitor with mobility problems and a party to attend in Ingoldmellls; attempting to access taxi/private hire was an absolute nightmare
