The room was wonderful and breakfast was good, and the location works well if you want to go out at night, but the lively neighbourhood meant I was woken up early by loud garbage‑truck noises and I would have liked a higher floor to avoid the noise.

The hotel is in a central spot and it was easy to head out to a good bar and coffee shop, but the bath fittings were not adjustable and for someone who is 10‑15 cm shorter than me it was a problem.
