The bed, pool, and hot tub were good, but there was no heat or AC in our room.

I thought the hotel was fine, but the area felt unsafe with a lot of homeless people, making even a simple walk feel risky.

Being a Holiday Inn, the place works well overall, and the parking lot is roomy and easy to spot. However, the cleanliness doesn’t match other Holiday Inn properties.

The location is great and the Holiday Inn stays true to its reputation for being pleasant, but it can get quite busy.
