The building feels welcoming and the materials are good. The mattress is too firm because of the springs, and the shower in the bathroom lacks glass, so water splashes everywhere.

The property is made up of four separate houses, each with rooms on the lower and upper floors, and the pool sits right in the middle; the rooms were tidy and cleaned daily, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It’s only two to three minutes by scooter to Kata Beach Road’s shops and restaurants, and roughly seven minutes by scooter to Kata Noi, so we’d definitely come back, even though I found the bed a little hard—nothing unusual for Thailand.

“Great spot and loved the pool”

I booked an outer room instead of a pool‑front one and the extra space was worth every penny; the fridge was a nice bonus and the bed was super comfy. Nothing else to complain about.
