“Horrible, we arrived and someone else had our room booked until 2/7 we had booked same room 1/31-1/1”
We showed up to check in, only to find out someone else had our room booked until the 7th - and we'd booked it from the 31st to the 1st. The cleaning staff finally turned up at 2:45pm, but their manager claimed not to have any record of our booking, despite us sending him the confirmation email and text. It was a pretty shoddy start, especially considering the price we paid. Long-term residents seemed a bit dodgy too, and in the end, we had to find somewhere else to stay.
