The cabin had a fireplace and the first load of wood was already included. The stairs led to the upper beds and a half‑bath; the bathrooms were beautiful and clean, with hot water at the right temperature. All the amenities were relatively close by car. In my view the rooms lacked privacy; the open concept they seemed to try for made my wife, me, and my daughter’s friend feel a bit uncomfortable.

The cabins are pretty, clean and quiet. They’re not close to the center and it’s hard to get there. The shower water requires you to request temperature adjustments; I didn’t understand why they do that, and the pressure is low so not much water comes out. We stayed two nights and they didn’t give us firewood for the second day, only one load that lasted a short time. Breakfast isn’t delivered to your cabin; you have to go to their restaurant, even though the info says it will be brought. If you want it, they charge an extra $150, which I didn’t understand, especially when it’s just a few steps away. It gets very cold when it rains, so you need extra blankets.

From the booking confirmation onward the staff were very friendly and always ready to meet our needs. The space was suitable for our group. Clean. Because of road maintenance in Huasca it was a bit difficult to arrive, but the video of the route they sent made it much easier. We would have liked to have a temazcal, but maybe another time. The family thinks it would be a good idea.

I stayed in a cozy cabin that was incredibly peaceful and spacious. However, the only downside was that I had to ask the staff to adjust the water temperature in the shower, which was a bit inconvenient.
