They had roaches, it stank so bad. I couldn’t use the ice maker because of bugs, and the microwave was nasty. I had to pay 20 dollars extra each night because I was staying again. They wanted me to check out at 11 and check back in at 3 if I didn’t, so they charged me 20 bucks.

The staff never tried to get a refund before I checked in, but they told me I had to pay an extra deposit. The place was filthy and the staff felt like scammers who will do anything to charge you extra; the rooms lacked clean or sufficient amenities.

Absolutely nothing. Roaches in the fridge and roaches in the bathroom, and the floors were very dirty.
