The welcome was warm, the décor stylish, and the location close to the old town gate, offering great value for money. The only flaw would be the outside noise from the road, but the hotel does everything to dampen it.

Very unusual Sleeping Beauty themed hotel. Not exactly modern but well kept with very helpful friendly staff. Email response to queries in English were very fast and informative. Very close to city walls of Lucca. Outside steps and inside stone stairs were quite steep and may be difficult for older people
