While the rooms at the hotel were decent, I was disappointed to find some insects on my bed, which was a major turn-off.

I had a frustrating experience with the hotel's attitude, despite having a confirmed booking. They failed to provide me with a room, claiming that my booking wasn't confirmed, which forced me to rush around Bangalore with my family to find an emergency accommodation. The whole situation was utterly ridiculous.

My stay at the hotel was generally okay, although it was primarily a business trip, and I didn't have much time to explore the hotel's facilities.

One thing I would suggest to the hotel is to consider providing a facility for drinking water, as I was only given one complimentary 1L bottle per day, which wasn't enough.
