The location was good, but the room maintenance was not up to date. The air conditioner was dripping all over the room, leaking continuously, and there was nowhere to dump the water that flooded the room; the bathroom drain was cemented. The door knob on the room was loose, Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and the bathroom had no shower head.

I really love the Moema area. Sidney is the best—always a pleasure staying in one of his apartments. I like cooking my own meals, and Sidney supplied an air fryer for my entire 28‑day stay 😀 Everything was perfect.
